Hello, my name is Thomas Smith. I am both the broker for Revenue Realty and a Consultant specializing in every type of commercial real estate including shopping centers, office buildings, industrial buildings and apartments (in both Canada and the USA), raw and investment and motels and other businesses. I am also the author of 4 books. My latest book, “Value Added Commercial Real Estate” is being offered for free as a valuable resource for both investors and business owners.

My goal is to create this website as an interactive and ever flowing resource for both commercial real estate investors and business owners. Here’s how:    

“Value Added Commercial Real Estate” is a 260-page book which combines my own know how gained over my 30-year career as an investor, developer and broker, together with the insights of those numerous real estate experts who have mentored me throughout my career. The books 14 sections cover investing in commercial real estate, apartments, raw land, US investment for Canadians, business ownership including motels, and buying, selling and managing real estate.

“Real Estate Forums” are unique interactive venues where real estate investors and business owners can dialogue with other as a community, sharing their experiences, providing insights, or both asking for and offering assistance with the many issues that often arise as part of the real estate process.
